Data shared with us:
Your group(s) will share data with us regarding your activity when you become a member of Enhanced Rewards. This is stored securely on a database and is applied to your Enhanced Rewards account. This data will never be sold, shared or used for any other purpose and will be deleted when we don't need it, it's our promise.

If you wish to delete your data from us, you must close your Enhanced Rewards account. Just contact our Customer Concierge team.

Telephone Concierge:
The telephone line for Enhanced Rewards is managed for us by our owners, the New York Corporation and is shared between multiple subsidiaries. Our agents are unable to see your mobile number when you call us, although if you break our terms & conditions, we may request our provider to access your number to block it. However, we'll never link up your mobile number to your name unless you ask us to. If you provide us with your telephone number to redeem a reward, our teams may see this linked to your ROBLOX username and will contact you accordingly. Calls are recorded for training, quality and security purposes.

Your account details:
We comply with all GDPR laws for managing your personal data and we'll never sell, share or use your data for anything else than managing your account.

Surveys:
When you complete a survey in return for points, we'll share some of the information with our marketing customers, although all of this data is completely anonymous. You don't need to complete surveys to be part of Enhanced Rewards.
