Submit a Complaint
We're really saddended to hear you're looking to open a complaint with us. We want our members to be trust us, just as we trust them. Thus, all our complaints are reviewed individually by a member of the Senior Corporate Team and we will tell you what we've done to put it right or make changes, and we'll provide evidence too. Plus, we'll send out any compensation as required. So if something isn't right, we want to know.
